All details are cut and separated for rigging.

EXISTING CHARACTER: Character design already exists, and you have a finished reference. Minor changes are permited, but the character stays the same for the most part.

OUTFIT DESIGN: Character base already exists, and you have a finished reference of them. We create a new outfit/hairdo for that existing character.

FULL CHARACTER DESIGN: A new character designed fully from scratch.

partial pay: 1st half sent before sketch. 2nd half sent after sketch approval

you understand that a digital product is being purchased, and no physical item will be shipped

all parties cannot disclose information to third parties without consent

you may not use the commission for profit unless discussed, and a commercial fee was applied

the artist reserves some rights to the artwork; livesteam/speedpaint process, social media post

naturally, the artists style and technique is constantly evolving, improving and changing. there may be slight differences between the sample artwork and your finished commission piece.

please backup your copies of the finished commission, as I clean my storage from time to time and may lose the original file.

the artist holds the rights to post the finished artwork on social media with credit, livestream the drawing process, upload speedpaints of the drawing process, use on platforms like gumroad, etc

the artist cannot generate profits of the artwork in the form of artprints or any other form of inventory.

the client holds the rights to post on social media with visible credit to the artist.

the client holds the rights to use the artwork for any personal purpose.

the client cannot change, modify, or use the artwork for purposes not discussed prior.

the client cannot claim credit for the artwork, or use in any blockchain related technology, including NFT's, cryptocurrency, or other future inventions in the space.

30% privacy fee if you wish for the artwork to not be uploaded anywhere by all parties

when you receive updates from me, please make sure all details are correct during each stage of the commission process.

if adjustments/revisions need to be made, please clearly describe all information needed for me.

under no circumstances will i redraw an entire commission.

you understand that the artist has their own style/anatomy, shading technique, and colour picking preferences.

if there's an important item on your character that needs to conform to a backstory or lore, please clearly discus this beforehand so it doesn't go unnoticed by me.

the artist has the right to cancel/refund your order at any time.

the client cannot demand cancellation/refund under any circumstances after work has begun.
